Providing false registration details constitutes a breach of these terms. v12my may require identity verification documentation (including but not limited to a government-issued identification document) at any time in accordance with its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.
v12my does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. v12my assumes no liability for any breach of local law by a player accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your v12my Account login credentials, including your username and password. All bets and transactions placed through your account while it is logged in — whether or not authorised by you — are your responsibility unless v12my receives timely notice of suspected unauthorised access. v12my reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.
v12my accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX (Internet Banking — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating banks), USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. v12my reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to satisfy identity verification requirements; or detection of prohibited activity as defined in Section 8.
Where an account is closed by v12my due to player breach, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method following completion of any applicable investigation period. Bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds may be forfeited in cases of material breach.
